A couple months ago, I didn't know if I should intermittent fast, cold plunge, get the weight loss shot, do a no-carb diet, run or walk, avoid steak or just eat chicken, eat potatoes or avoid them like the plague... in order to lose some visceral fat or a few pounds.
It was all so confusing... so I didn't take action on anything.
But week after week, month after month, I was slowly gaining visceral fat, getting puffier, and looking more & more bloated in my swimsuit.
I swear I could hear my metabolism one night slowing down and saying
"You're getting older..."
